White Cloud Digital operates Nimbus Kernel in Canada. This policy explains how we handle free-audit requests.
What we collect
When you request a free audit, we collect your name, work email, role, company, industry, company size, AI setup, services of interest, preferred timing and agreement to be contacted. You can also add a phone number, website, priorities, how you heard about us and notes. We add a request ID and submission time.
Why we use it
We use your details to review your request, plan a free audit and contact you about it.
Who we share it with
We store your form answers in Cloudflare D1 through a Cloudflare Worker so White Cloud Digital can review them. No other service receives your form answers. The landing page loads Google Fonts, which may receive browser connection details.
Your choices
You can leave optional form fields blank. To ask about, access, correct or delete a request, email bycloudai@gmail.com. White Cloud Digital handles these requests manually. We aim to remove requests from our live database after 12 months.

We may update this policy if our practices change. The current version appears on this page.
